ANP’s NIDS® ACE System Selected for Trade Mission to China

Newark, DE (May 2, 2012) – ANP Technologies, Inc. (ANP) today announced that it has been selected as one of fifteen companies bound for Shanghai and three other cities in China to unveil its new line of products built around the rapid detection of residual pesticides and heavy metals in all food types and water samples.  These systems have been dubbed ACE which is short for Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitor Detection.

Dr. Ray Yin, founder and CEO of ANP, will depart on May 5th with the delegation and is scheduled to speak at several conferences and private meetings with various government officials and business leaders in the field of food safety. The company has received numerous requests for private meetings in light of some of the recent tragedies regarding high levels of toxic chemicals in milk and tea.

In response to being selected to take part, ANP Technologies’ Chief Business Officer, Tom Bodnar, stated, “We are grateful to the state of Delaware for selecting ANP Technologies out of the many who applied as one of the few to take part in this trade mission. We trust that it was because of our ever-increasing presence in the market and the growing demand for our products and services internationally.”

When asked to comment, Dr. Yin stated, “I am eager to travel to China to share my knowledge with the various constituencies there. If we can help in even the smallest way to prevent such disasters from affecting the great people of China, then I will see this mission as a success.”
