No returns will be accepted without prior approval from ANP Technologies®, Inc. in the form of a Return Authorization Number.  Returns that have not received prior approval are not eligible for credit and might be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost. Products shipped by ANP Technologies® on dry ice are not eligible for returns. ANP Technologies®, Inc. must be notified within seven (7) days of receipt of the order. Items approved for return must arrive at our facilities in a condition satisfactory for resale to be eligible for a credit. A restocking fee of 25% or $25 (whichever is greater) will be charged on returns that are not caused by any error or fault of ANP Technologies®, Inc. Shipping charges will not be credited. The return of custom products will be at the sole discretion of ANP Technologies®, Inc.
