Nano-Intelligent Detection Systems®

 

ANP has developed a Nano-Intelligent Detection System (NIDS®) to identify and analyze both qualitatively and quantitatively various biological agents, biomarkers, and large molecule drugs. The basis of the NIDS® technology is our ability to manipulate bioactive molecules at nanoscale. The NIDS® nanomanipulation techniques have resulted in assays with greatly increased sensitivity relative to conventional assays using the same formats as rapid assays and ELISA.

NIDS® Rapid Assay Systems

 

ANP has applied its NIDS® technology to produce rapid assays with up to 100-fold sensitivity enhancement over conventional lateral flow assays. The NIDS® technology also enables the multiplexing of as many as 10 assays onto a single test strip.

NIDS® HyperBindTM ELISA Plates

 

Using its proprietary NIDS® technology, ANP has developed HyperBindTM high and regular binding streptavidin-coated ELISA plates for use in pharmacokinetic (PK) and immunogenicity (IM) assays. The performance of these plates greatly exceeds that of the best plates in the market today. ANP also provides matched reagent services that include hybridoma generation, monoclonal/polyclonal affinity purification, reagent conjugation (ex., biotinylation, HRP/AP conjugation, etc.), as well as customized assay method development and ELISA kit production.
